Welcome to WherePets. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WherePets website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by WherePets ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
2. Using Our Service
2.1 Account Creation
To use certain features of our Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
2.2 Account Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3. Pet Adoption Process
WherePets is a platform that connects potential pet adopters with animal shelters and rescue organizations. We do not own, sell, or transfer ownership of any animals listed on our Service.
3.1 Third-Party Organizations
All adoptions are conducted through third-party shelters and rescue organizations. Each organization has its own adoption processes, requirements, and fees. We do not guarantee that you will be approved to adopt any pet listed on our Service.
3.2 Accuracy of Listings
While we strive to ensure the accuracy of pet listings, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, or up-to-date. Pet availability may change without notice.
4. User Content
Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You are responsible for the content you post and its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
4.1 Content License
By posting content on our Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise use that content in connection with the operation of our Service.
4.2 Content Restrictions
You agree not to post content that is illegal, misleading, defamatory, obscene, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise objectionable.
5. Prohibited Activities

WHEREPETS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL WHEREPETS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
